MMSL Contracting Corp — Improve / Transform
your space

“I renovated my house 2017-2018. I hired countless carpenters, electricians, plumbers, roofers, tilers, etc. The ONLY one that came in on time and on budget is MMSL. They are the only company I go to now for any home repair. They are polite, clean, and punctual; and they can do high-end finishes on any job.”

“The best contractor we have ever worked with, by far! We’ve used Maynor and his amazing crew for multiple major projects over the past few years, and they are truly extraordinary. They are honest, reliable, fairly priced, and have an incredible work ethic and commitment to delivering a flawless final product. What really sets Maynor and his team apart is their attention to detail, conscientiousness, and genuine pride in their work. They treat our home and property with tremendous care, keep the work site exceptionally clean, and take ownership of every aspect of a project rather than simply trying to get the job done. They are also incredibly responsive and have never hesitated to come back, free of charge, if something needs to be adjusted after a project is complete. It is rare to find a contractor who combines this level of craftsmanship, integrity, reliability, and care. We recommend Maynor and his team with the highest degree of confidence and are incredibly grateful that we found them.”

“I highly recommend MMSL - Maynor and his team have done several jobs for us and they always do beautiful work. On each job, they pay attention to all of the details, prep and clean up, and they are also so nice. They also stay on budget and on schedule.”
